Galaxy Note 7 User Sues Samsung To Court After Phone Explodes In His Pants

The frustrating nightmare of the new Galaxy Note 7 continued as a user of the device dragged Samsung to court after he suffered injuries courtesy of the overheating and exploding of the new Samsung flagship device in his pants.

This is arguably the first court incidence since the exploding issue escalated especially in the United States. The Note7 user was furious and said the phone caught fire in his pocket causing him severe bodily injuries. The incident happened on September 9.
